Became a licensed agent with Nationwide Insurance in 1976 and after 2 years, went on to become an independent agent. He established the Richard Cielinski Agency in 1985. In conjunction with his wife, Margaret, founded R&M Insurance Agency, Inc. in 200 at that point the Richard Cielinski Agency became a division of R&M Insurance Agency, Inc. Richard is active in many communities and Chruch organizations.
Margret is the second generation in the insurance industry and over the years had worked for several insurance agencies. In 1996 she and Richard purchased Gerstman and Gerstman agency. In 200 they merged it with her husband, Richard’s agency and founded R&M Insurance Agency, Inc. Margaret enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and volunteers at various Chruch functions.
